Richard Ford, President and Founder of Heritage Alliance and Heritage Alliance PACBorn and raised in El Paso, Texas, Richard Ford moved to Dallas after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin and pursed successful careers in both real estate and insurance. In 1975 Richard turned his attention to promoting conservative values in government following a meeting with Bill Bright, founder of Campus Crusade for Christ. Richard founded Free Market Foundation to educate Christians on their God-given right to be self-governing. After turning the Foundation over to Kelly Shackelford in 1997, Richard concentrated on state legislative lobbying and campaign efforts in Texas through Heritage Alliance and Heritage Alliance PAC. Richard is married to Julie and has two grown daughters and four grandchildren. Edward Creek, Vice-President of Heritage Alliance and Heritage Alliance PACEd Creek graduated from San Jose State University in 1955 as an Accounting Major and then attended University of California at Los Angeles. While at U.C.L.A., he sat for and passed all 4 parts of the C.P.A. Examination at the first sitting and joined a "Big 8 Public Accounting" firm in Los Angeles. Ed's accounting career took him, by transfer, to San Diego, California, and to Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he was promoted to Partner with Touche Ross & Co. (now Deloitte & Touche). He then transferred to the Touche Ross Executive Office in New York City. He was made Partner-In-Charge of the Cincinnati, Ohio, Office, and then of the Oklahoma practices in Tulsa. Ed transferred to the Dallas, Texas, Office in 1981. Ed left Public Accounting in 1983 to join a venture capital firm and then became an executive recruiter before joining Premier Designs, Inc. in 1989 where he has served as Director of Personnel Services and Special Projects. Premier Designs is a Direct Sales Company, whose product line of high-fashion jewelry is represented across America by over 28,000 Independent Distributors.
